"The Story of Camelback Mountain" tells the untold tale of Camelback Mountain, which is the iconic landmark separating Phoenix from Paradise Valley.
The legend involves a princess whose great grandfather gave her a baby camel which, with the princess's help, becomes very special to the entire world. With its gentle reminder to honor nature, this tale will charm everyone from toddlers to adults.
It was written by Pam Hait and her granddaughter Estelle Cohen, with illustrations by Sebastien Millon.
It is a project of the Paradise Valley Mountain Reserve Trust.
