This is a series of posts spotlighting Arizona businesses that share their products with Sibley's West, as part of the "Small Business Boost" award efforts of 3TV/CBS 5, BNC National Bank, the Arizona Small Business Association and Cox Business.

One of Arizona's most interesting companies has to be MasterPieces Inc. of Oro Valley, just north of Tucson.

MasterPieces, formally known as MasterPieces Puzzle Co., was founded in 1995 by David Rolls, former 8-year professional baseball player for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers organizations.

His passion? To serve diverse retail markets by partnering with evergreen brands and top artists to produce fascinating jigsaw puzzles.

They have produced thousands of puzzles over the year across all themes. These include the fun Route 66 "suitcase" puzzle found at Sibley's West, along with other Southwest creations like the John Wayne puzzles.

MasterPieces has since expanded into new product categories by introducing the Works of Ahhh...Wood Craft Kits, wood toys, and a variety of games, all while continuing to serve and thrive in jigsaw puzzles.

MasterPieces creates some of the world most elegant jigsaw puzzles. For their products, they have partnered with brands such as John Deere, John Wayne, Tetris, Animal Planet, Hershey’s, and in sports licensing with NFL, MLB, NHL, and the NCAA .

MasterPieces' reputation for producing innovative and high-quality products has propelled its global growth, all from Oro Valley.
